During our Fall 2024 meeting, we introduced new work areas aligned with our vision and mission. The draft missions and scopes for these areas are now available: 2025 Work Areas.
These will shape the agenda for the 2025 Spring meeting, with final reviews and ratification's during the event. The agenda is currently in development and subject to change.
Ongoing projects and calls will continue as planned to ensure no disruptions.

The onsite meeting fee includes lunch on the meeting days. Breakfast at this location is included in the sleeping room rate.

Auditing Members are welcome to attend the general sessions (e.g. Plenaries, Keynote, BoF, Social, etc.)

Sleeping Room Discount Details:
Single Occupancy with One King Bed or Two Twin Beds: HK$1,550 + taxes and service charges (currently at 3% and 10% = HK$1,751.50)
This room rate includes:

Individuals are responsible for all sleeping room charges and reservations must be guaranteed by an individual’s valid credit card at the time of booking.
Reservations canceled prior to Friday, February 21st will receive a full refund of their deposit.
For reservations canceled after Friday, February 21st a cancellation charge of entire period will be applied

NOTE: If reservations are made with a travel agency, the Broadband Forum will not be able to assist in adjusting room rates as the hotel has special agreements with each travel agency. For the Broadband Forum to get involved, you must make your reservations as stated above.
Visa Information
Visas cannot be obtained at the border or airport. The average time to obtain a Visa is four (4) weeks, however this will vary depending on location. Please be aware that each country has different requirements as to how to apply for a visa.
A person permitted to enter the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”) as a visitor may generally engage in the following business-related activities:
- concluding contracts or submitting tenders;
- examining or supervising the installation/packaging of goods or equipment;
