Visas cannot be obtained at the border or airport. The average time to obtain a Visa is four (4) weeks, however this will vary depending on location. Please be aware that each country has different requirements as to how to apply for a Visa. Meeting Fee:

  • $450 USD for Principal and Associate Members to attend general and committee meetings.
  • $310 USD for Principal and Associate Members to attend general and committee meetings for ONE day.
  • $310 USD for Auditing Members to attend Summit, Plenary, and General Sessions Only.

Please Note: To help with the registration process and pressure on staffing please pay your meeting fee as soon as possible.

(The meeting fees include lunch and are for all attendees including those staying in the hotel.)


Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations received on or before Monday, June 10: FULL REFUND
  • Cancellations received after Monday, June 10: 50% REFUND

LOCAL AIRPORTS:

Incheon International Airport (ICN) –  42 mi / 67km

The drive from the ICN airport to the hotel is estimated to take about 60 minutes.

A taxi from the airport to the Millenium Seoul Hilton hotel costs approximately 90,000 KRW.

Gimpo International Airport (GMP) – 30mi / 48km

The drive from the GMP airport to the hotel is estimated to take about 40 mins.

A taxi from the airport to the Millenium Seoul Hilton hotel costs approximately 50,000 KRW.

TRANSPORTATION:

Directions from the hotel staff:

Travel between Incheon International Airport to Millennium Seoul Hilton by using the AREX Express high-speed train to Seoul Station followed by the hotel's complimentary shuttle bus is now available. Trains depart Incheon International Airport every 40 minutes starting from 05:20 to 22:40. The total travel time is 43 minutes. The hotel shuttle operates every hour on the hour from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, departing from the main entrance of the hotel. At Seoul Station, contact our support desk for assistance during arrival or view the PDF at left on our Maps & Directions page; at departure, contact the Hotel Concierge desk for information regarding Seoul Station shuttle times.

Based on availability, the discounted rate if offered three (3) days prior (June 11, 2019) and post (June 24, 2019) of the scheduled room block. If you plan to stay over late or arrive early, please note that the reservation system may not allow you to book online. Please go ahead and make your reservation for the dates that you find available and then email us at help@broadband-forum.org and we will request a reservation update on your behalf.

BBF Discounted Room Rates:

  • Single/Double Occupancy Room: 180,000 KRW
  • Triple Occupancy Room: 235,000 KRW

This room rate does NOT include taxes or services charges; however in-room internet access is included.  Breakfast is not included in the room rate but it will be supplied to all meeting attendees by the BBF.

Hotel's Reservation Policies:

Individuals are responsible for all sleeping room charges and reservations must be guaranteed by individual’s credit card at the time of booking.

  • Reservations cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival will not be charged a cancellation fee.
  • Any reservation cancelled after 48 hours prior to arrival or no shows will forfeit the cost of one-night room plus applicable tax and service fees.

Check-In Time: 16:00   |   Check-Out Time: 12:00

  • Early Check-In’s are available.
    • 10am and earlier - one room night charge
    • 10am to 4pm - ½ of one room night charge
  • Late Check-Out’s area available.
    • 12pm – 5pm - ½ of one room night charge
    • 5pm or later – one room night charge
