- All Principal, Regional Operator, and Associate Members are welcome to contribute and attend the meeting.
- Auditing Members are welcome to attend the general sessions (e.g. Plenaries, Keynote, BoF, Social, etc.)

Hotel Reservation Details:
When making your hotel reservation June 5 to 8 are the only discounted room nights left via the automated system. If you need additional nights, please book for the nights available and email us at help@broadband-forum.org and we will request a reservation update on your behalf.
Based on availability, the discounted group rate is offered a few days prior (May 30th) and post (June 12th) of the scheduled room block. If you plan to stay late or arrive early, please note that the reservation system may not allow you to book online. Please go ahead and make your reservation for the dates that you find available and then email us at help@broadband-forum.org and we will request a reservation update on your behalf.
Broadband Forum Discounted Room Rate Details:
- € 190 Single (inclusive of taxes/exclusive of tourism tax €2 per person per night)
- € 210 Double Persons (inclusive of taxes/exclusive of tourism tax €2 per person per night)
- This room rate includes:
- Breakfast Buffet
- In-room internet access
- Use of the Health Club/Fitness Center
- € 190 Single (inclusive of taxes/exclusive of tourism tax €2 per person per night)
The Breakfast buffet is included as a part of your room rate.
Individuals are responsible for all sleeping room charges and reservations must be guaranteed by an individual’s valid credit card at the time of booking.
- Reservations canceled prior to 7 days of arrival will receive a full refund of their deposit.
- Reservations canceled after the 7 days prior to arrival window, will forfeit one-nights room rate and tax.

Meeting Check-In:
Please check-in at the Broadband Forum registration desk in the hotel to receive meeting materials, including information about Work Area meeting room location, meals and breaks, a printed copy of the agenda, and your name badge. The registration desk also serves as a meeting "lost and found" center, and is where Broadband Forum staff may be found for questions and additional information.

Visa Information
Visas cannot be obtained at the border or airport. The average time to obtain a Visa is four (4) weeks, however this will vary depending on location. Please be aware that each country has different requirements as to how to apply for a visa. Please check with your local consulate to get the most accurate information about obtaining a visa for your specific country of residence.

Citizens of the European Union, Andorra, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland only need their identity document to enter Portugal.
Minors, in addition to their identity document, must present parental authorisation to travel.
For countries that are exempt from visa requirements to enter the Schengen Area (see list), for stays that do not exceed 90 days, a passport valid for a period of more than three months after the end of the stay is required.
In accordance with the Convention implementing the Schengen Agreement, passengers travelling to or from another Schengen State do not need a new visa as this is considered to be an internal flight.
Citizens from other States need a visa to enter Portugal, which may be requested from the Portuguese Consulate or Embassy in the respective country, for stays of up to 90 days.
