Registration Details & Fees:

The onsite fee includes lunch on the meeting & event days.  Breakfast at this location is included in the sleeping room rate if you're staying at the meeting hotel.

On-site Meeting Fee Details

• • Early Bird Fees (fees are for those who register BEFORE 17:00 on Monday, May 26th)
    

    • $500.00 USD Full Week - For Principal/Associate Member or Potential Member Guests, full week attendance.

    • $310.00 USD Single-Day - For Principal/Associate Members or Potential Member Guests, single-day attendance.

    • $310.00 USD Auditing Members - For Auditing Member onsite attendance to Special (i.e., Keynote, BoF or Social), Plenary, and General Sessions Only

  • Standard Fees (for those who register AFTER 17:00 on Monday,May 26th) 

    • $750.00 USD Full Week - For Principal/Associate Members or Potential Member Guests, full week attendance.

    • $465.00 USD Single Day - For Principal/Associate Members or Potential Member Guests, single-day attendance.

    • $465.00 USD Auditing Members - For Auditing Member onsite attendance to Special (i.e., Keynote, BoF or Social), Plenary, and General Sessions Only

REFUND Policy:

• • Cancellations received on or before Monday, May 26, 2025: FULL REFUND

  • Cancellations received after Monday, May 26, 2025: 50% REFUND

Who Can Participate?

• • All Principal, Regional Operator, and Associate Members are welcome to contribute and attend the meeting. 

  • Auditing Members are welcome to attend the general sessions (e.g. Plenaries, Keynote, BoF, Social, etc.)

It is vital for members to book their rooms at the hotel that the Forum has contracted with; failure to do so puts the Forum in financial jeopardy. 

Hotel Reservation Deadline: Friday, May 30, 2025

Reservations canceled 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of their deposit.

For a room reservation cancellation or amendment, please contact help@broadband-forum.org. 

Based on availability, the discounted group rate is offered a few days prior and post of the scheduled room block. If you plan to stay late or arrive early, please note that the reservation system will not allow you to book online. Please go ahead and make your reservation for the dates that you find available and then email help@broadband-forum.org, requesting the additional dates.  Please know it's not guaranteed that you will receive the discounted rate for the additional nights.

Sleeping Room Discount Details:

• Single (one person occupancy) Deluxe, Guest room, 1 King: 199.00 EUR including VAT and Breakfast 
  

• Double (two person occupancy) Deluxe, Guest room: 199.00 EUR including VAT and Breakfast + 20.00 EUR supplement per night

• This room rate includes:

  • In Room Internet Access
  • Breakfast (subject to a different VAT rate)
  • Sleeping Room Rate VAT (currently at 7%)

Individuals are responsible for all sleeping room charges and reservations must be guaranteed by an individual’s valid credit card at the time of booking.

• • Reservations canceled 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of their deposit. 

  • 90% of the room rate will be charged as a cancellation fee for any reservations canceled after the 14 prior to arrival cutoff

  • Check-In Time: 15:00 | Check-Out Time: NOON

If reservations are made with a travel agency or outside of the room block, the Broadband Forum will not be able to assist in adjusting room rates as the hotel has special agreements with each travel agency. For the Broadband Forum to get involved, you must make your reservations as stated above.
