The onsite meeting fee includes lunch on the meeting days. Breakfast at this location is included in the sleeping room rate.

$500.00 USD Full Week - For Principal/Associate Member or Potential Member Guests, full week attendance.
$310.00 USD Single-Day - For Principal/Associate Members or Potential Member Guests, single-day attendance.
$310.00 USD Auditing Members - For Auditing Member onsite attendance to Special (i.e., Keynote, BoF or Social), Plenary, and General Sessions Only

All Principal, Regional Operator, and Associate Members are welcome to contribute and attend the meeting.
Auditing Members are welcome to attend the general sessions (e.g. Plenaries, Keynote, BoF, Social, etc.)

- The Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) is a fully automated, electronic system for screening passengers before they begin travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program. Eligible citizens or nationals from all Visa Waiver Program countries must obtain approval through ESTA prior to traveling to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program. Visa Waiver Program travelers are encouraged to apply for authorization as soon as they begin to plan a trip to the United States.
