The 2024 Fall Members Meeting and Anniversary Events will be in San Diego, California, USA from Monday, November 18th thru Thursday the 21st.

Meeting Fee Details:

The onsite meeting fee includes lunch on the meeting days.

  • Early Bird Fees (fees are for those who register BEFORE 17:00 on Monday, October 14, 2024)

    • $500.00 USD Full Week - For Principal/Associate Member or Potential Member Guests, full week attendance.

    • $310.00 USD Single-Day - For Principal/Associate Members or Potential Member Guests, single-day attendance.

    • $310.00 USD Auditing Members - For Auditing Member onsite attendance to Special (i.e., Keynote, BoF or Social), Plenary, and General Sessions Only

  • Standard Fees (for those who register AFTER 17:00 on Monday, October, 2024)

    • $750.00 USD Full Week - For Principal/Associate Members or Potential Member Guests, full week attendance.

    • $465.00 USD Single Day - For Principal/Associate Members or Potential Member Guests, single-day attendance.

    • $465.00 USD Auditing Members - For Auditing Member onsite attendance to Special (i.e., Keynote, BoF or Social), Plenary, and General Sessions Only

REFUND Policy:

    • Cancellations received on or before Monday, October 14, 2024: FULL REFUND

    • Cancellations received after Monday, October 14, 2024: 50% REFUND

Who Can Participate?

    • All Principal, Regional Operator, and Associate Members are welcome to contribute and attend the meeting. 

    • Auditing Members are welcome to attend the general sessions (e.g. Plenaries, Keynote, BoF, Social, etc.)

It is vital for members to book their rooms at the hotel that the Forum has contracted with; failure to do so puts the Forum in financial jeopardy.  Hotel Reservation Deadline: Friday, October 25, 2024


 If you need help please email help@broadband-forum.org.  Or you may contact the hotel directly by phone at +1 619 692 3800 please be sure to mention the group discount for the Broadband Forum. 

Based on availability, the discounted group rate is offered a few days prior (Nov. 12th) and post (June 25th) of the scheduled room block. If you plan to stay late or arrive early, please note that the reservation system will not allow you to book online. Please go ahead and make your reservation for the dates that you find available and then email us at help@broadband-forum.org and we will request a reservation update on your behalf.

Sleeping Room Discount Details:

    • Single King Bed  or Two Queen Beds: $175.00 + taxes (currently at 12.7%) 

    • This room rate includes:

      • In Room Internet Access
      • Use of Gym/Fitness Center

Individuals are responsible for all sleeping room charges and reservations must be guaranteed by an individual’s valid credit card at the time of booking.

      • Reservations canceled 48 hours prior to arrival will receive a full refund of their deposit. 

      • Reservations canceled after the 48 hours prior to arrival window, will forfeit one-nights room rate tax and fees.

      • Check-In Time: 15:00 | Check-Out Time: 11:00

NOTE: If reservations are made with a travel agency, the Broadband Forum will not be able to assist in adjusting room rates as the hotel has special agreements with each travel agency. For the Broadband Forum to get involved, you must make your reservations as stated above.

Visa Information

Visas cannot be obtained at the border or airport. The average time to obtain a Visa is four (4) weeks, however this will vary depending on location. Please be aware that each country has different requirements as to how to apply for a visa.

Travel from most locations will NOT require a visa, please check with your country of origin resources.

Meeting Check-In:

Please check-in at the Broadband Forum registration desk in the hotel to receive meeting materials, including information about Work Area meeting room location, meals and breaks, a printed copy of the agenda, and your name badge. The registration desk also serves as a meeting "lost and found" center, and is where Broadband Forum staff may be found for questions and additional information.
