BASE 2018 Athens event was located at the conjunction of three continents and targeted at regional providers hungry for advice, guidance and new business opportunities.

This NG-PON2 full day event was collocated with OFC in San Diego. The workshop provided an update on NG-PON2 technology advantages and readiness to be used in the deployment of next generation access networks. A wide view on this topic and insides on latest technologies, applications, use cases and deployments was provided from component vendors, system vendors and operators.
