The Broadband Innovation Group will host a BBF Birds of a Feather session at the Q4 2018 meeting in Glasgow, UK, to address Access Equipment and CPE Powering in Ultrafast Architectures. With the advent of hybrid fibre-rich ultrafast architectures such as (FTTC/VDSL2/Gfast/co-ax), full-fibre FTTP and fibre-extension FTTP the issue of powering network elements becomes key both in terms of forward and reverse powering.
